A significant transformation is occurring, yet the rate of change is gradual and involuntary. We are still far removed from the "future picture" that is perceived to be necessary. In this work, I have returned to subjects that I find appealing and that I believe are too significant to be overlooked. In consequence, I have created a "capsule".

My generation was profoundly influenced by American culture, particularly in terms of film and music. I am an examplar of this phenomenon. I also hold an admiration for cinematic works set in the American landscape and  perceive these landscapes as romantic and inspiring. This serie includes American landscapes and references to the independent American film movement. Conversely, the works also incorporate influences from the Middle East. Additionally, I have been influenced by the work of Jasmin Hamdan, a prominent singer in the Arab world who has gained underground popularity.

The juxtaposition of American landscapes with works that are antithetical in terms of energy and aesthetic to the deserts depicted offers a striking friction. My objective is to demonstrate that a culture was initially established in a particular geographical location with a specific history. However, I am constrained by the limitations of my own perspective and my portrayals are inherently romanticized as influenced.
